Flowers 4 U in Saint John should be given an award for their excellent customer service. During the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, I had requested sympathy flowers be sent to my daughter and son in law due to the loss of their Furbaby, Sandy.
The flowers I requested were unavailable due to the shut downs because of the outbreak and even though it was no fault of theirs, I was given credit towards my next purchase along with THE best customer service I have EVER received.
I will use this site and recommend to others for sure!
I was alittle disappointed in the flowers. For the $80 I was hoping for more than a dozen plan red roses. I thought it was going to be an arrangement. The deliver was free but then there was a $10 service charge?? Not sure what the services charge was for. Sorry but I likely won’t be going with this company again
