My mother was delivered a $30 costco pre-made christmas arrangement. This was pointed out to be in error and exchanged for the "correct" arrangement. This new arrangement looked like it was haphazardly thrown together quickly, and still had Christmas elements to it. It came in a steel bucket instead of a wooden box as described. The one really nice thing about it was the calla lily which was depicted in the original arrangement. Not overly satisfied, and they had 2 opportunities to really show me some nice work.
